After their previous battle, Godzilla protects the surface world while Kong searches the unexplored depths of the Hollow Earth for other giant creatures like himself. When an ancient Titan called the Skar King rises with a powerful ice creature known as Shimo under his control, the two legendary monsters face a threat too great for either to handle alone. Godzilla and Kong must therefore form an unlikely alliance to protect both the human world and the hidden Titan kingdom.
